Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the tutoring services of Simon Learning Hub ("Simon Learning Hub", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf before services begin.

2. Services Provided

We provide online educational support in Mathematics and Physics for secondary and high school students. All sessions are conducted remotely using video conferencing and digital whiteboard tools. While we are committed to providing high-quality instruction, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grades, or exam scores.

Simon Learning Hub provides educational support and tutoring. We do not provide essay-writing services or complete assignments on behalf of students.

3. Payment & Refunds

• Fees: All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) and must be paid in advance of the scheduled sessions or packages, as indicated on the invoice.
• Refunds: Refunds for unused sessions in a package may be available if requested at least 48 hours before the planned start date of the package. An administrative fee may be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Students (or their parents/guardians) must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a confirmed session.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session ("no-show"), may be charged at the full session rate and counted as a used session.

5. Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional and respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services immediately if a student engages in disrespectful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior during sessions or communications. In such cases, any decision regarding refunds will be made at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Simon Learning Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our tutoring services, including but not limited to lost opportunities, test outcomes, or academic placements.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
